Has anyone used this brass trimmer?

I was going to order a Dillon 1500 trimmer to use on my XL650 for 223/5.56. I checked eBay out of curiosity and found this Brass Trimmer (link below). Normally, I would just order the 1500, but I thought about it. I would only trim 223/5.56 brass with this. All my other rifle brass I reload on a single stage and have a lyman bench mounted electric trimmer for those.

I am just wondering if anyone owns or has used one. I would just like to hear some feedback if possible. I was able to attach some photos and the link below.

    Thank you

Holy small pictures Batman. I think I know the one in the second picture. I wouldn't spend the money on it personally. It doesn't look like it would handle the brass being jammed into it for long. But no first hand experience.

If you ar only trimming .223 and will not be converting .223 to .300 BO then look for a decent RT1200B. Mine lasted a while but I wanted to upgrade because I plan on converting blackout brass. I actually skipped the RT1500 and went the Honey Badger route. It is much stronger, quieter, has variable speed, and a built in fan. Came out cheaper than an RT1500 setup as well.

First, sorry about the pictures I did not realize that came out that small. I have since edited my post and fixed the pictures they are at least viable and discernable now.

So, what is the honey badger route? I don't plan on reloading or making 300blk, but I am curious.

      Thank you for the info

Since you only want to trim one cartridge, another alternative is this:

Since it won't fit on your press it would require a separate operation, but it is half the cost and does three operations at once--trim, inside/outside chamfer. I have one; it works beautifully.

The honey badger is a 2 1/4 hp Bosch router on a custom made adapter made by f&f brass. It uses the same dies as Dillon which are Dillon, whiden, ch4d etc. if you look on eBay there is a honey badger setup going for a great price right now, also is a few 1200b for sale.

As TimRB suggested the giraud is a great trimmer as well. Not press mounted but great setup.

Giraud user here. Had a Dillon 1200 on my 650 for a couple of years, just way to noisy.

+1 for the WFT from little crow gunworks. I have them in 223 and 22-250 and they work great
