A google search might turn it up. Remember that frangible stuff is longer leaving you less space inside the case. I would load to the physical size of the lead bullet that matches it, not the grain weight.

I had some 223 that was 55g and it's the lengh of a 69 grain lead tip.

It still dented my ar500 steel where the 300blackout did not at close range.
