    Pistol Primers

    Do Pistol Primers have to go through FFL?
    I'm new to reloading, and trying to buy Primers online.

    No. just hazmat fees and license
    Basically ,costs more to ship generally.

      Online from vendors is only option with hazmat. Very difficult for non vendors to ship.

        They claim no hazmat fees... By License do you mean drivers license or FSC card?

          Shipper mist have hazmat cert and license nothing to do with buyer.

                        Don't buy from any idiot shop that won't sell primers to ca. There is absolutely no restrictions on primer sales to ca. It's not the state preventing that sale, it's the shop.
