    38 S&W Projectile Advice

Hey Everyone, I'm new to reloading and mainly picked up this hobby to bring back some obsolete calibers from the dead for several of my old wheel guns. Factory ammo is around, but scarce in good times.

Does anyone have any advice for sourcing bullet models or projectiles for .38S&W (0.361 Dia).

I've done a bit of digging on here and have found a few ideal molds that work, but they are rare to find. Most places online that sell the projectiles in bulk are out of stock, as expected.

Anyone else have any experience with this caliber?
I'd like to avoid using .358 dia projectiles if I can.

Thanks in advance from this newbie.

Take a look through arsenal molds, they're top notch, I have a few. They'll cut them at .361 for you, just leave a comment when checking out for the 361 size.

Or look through accurate molds, I think they'll have what you want. Thousands of molds.

Thanks for these. I have not come across either of these companies yet.

I like that they have some semi wadcutter options in the diameter range, much like the old .38 new police bullets.

If you don't want to cast em, Matt's bullets has 38 sw bullets.

            Thanks,

I'll try giving Matts a call and see what they can do to get me by for now.
I think I'll still pick up a mold or two while I can. I do not have any casting equipment yet, but it's something I've been wanting to start.
