Chrono friendly ranges

As the title states.
I went to discount gun mart and they said no use of chronograph.
South Bay rod and gun’s pistol range is closed due to rain.
Any other ranges you know allows the use of a chronograph.
Load is 3.5 zip 147gn (L)-HP

sometimes SBRGC will let you shoot pistol at range 1 and at range 5(there's a couple of lane spots just to the side of the trap/shotgun area)...best to call the RO to confirm as it might be at their discretion?

I went a few years back to a shooting area closer to the border- near Otay.

I believe it was BLM land.

Many outdoor ranges will allow a chrono - if you can set up and take down during the cease fire times...

I think the BLM shooting we did was near South Bay club. I don't live in San Diego so I'm not positive.

The gun range off Balboa will allow a chrono, only if it's lab-radar.

Fwiw, I have also seen chronographs set up at Metcalf Range in San Jose close to Morgan Hill ... but it seems like OP is in SoCal.
