I am so supprised to hear there there is a problem with the Dillion. I have read so many post on here as to how wonderful and perfect in every way that the dillion is.

I heard that Chuck Norris couldent even break one or make one malfunction!!!

What? Are you a commie or something? Milwaukee is as good or better quality and made right here in AMERICA. l dont care if its more expensive, its made in the USA. Same reason Ill never own a toyota or any other asian import.

Although I will concede I previously owned a mercedes, but I think we can all agree the germans make some damn fine firearms as well.

The last good thing the japanese made was the dirt bike, and I still think they have ulterior motives with those things to cripple all us healthy, able bodied americans.

Only 7.5% of the Japanese population voted communist in their last election.

Same thing happens here. They get pulled back in on my 1050 but i usually feel it in the handle before I pull too hard. I just have to rock the handle a little bit and it seems to pinch the primer off. Its not the die because both the Dillon and the Lee dies do it.

            Nice.

To the OP, I'm wondering how much force you are exerting when you operate the press. Maybe you're slamming things thru so hard that you are impaling primers on all those different rounds. I'm having trouble figuring any other scenario that would result in the problem you are reporting.

Do you have this problem with any other caliber or sizing / decapping die, or just this one?

eta: I've only ever had trouble with piercing primers on some sealed foreign milsurp, where the primers REALLY held on.

Im actually quite aware of the japanese culture, ive been to tokyo and experienced it first hand. I was making a joke about the communism, although I do support made in America. And to be honest, the japenese aren't exporting anywhere near the amount of goods that the chinese are.

My main problem with the american consumer is that too many of them simply buy the cheapest thing they can find, then complain about how bad the US economy is and how there is no jobs. Nobody bothers to look at the big picture.
