I was just told no ammo transfers at over 20 stores in the I.E...Spent over an hour on the phone...Anyone else having better luck....

Nevermind, I guess the laws are working. Keeping ammo out of the hands of law abiding citizens. Pretty sure the criminals aren't deterred by background checks and such nonsense.

I didn't say I did it. Just another option. Unwad your panties. There are plenty of people that do for their buddies or family. You think the state is that dumb to not know that. I see people at the range all the time share ammo with other people.

I know the laws. Very well actually. You seriously need to calm dude before your mom doesn't give you dinner and send you to your room

And these are BLM shooting ranges. So by your deduction I can give it away there?

And whats the reason I don't need a check at a range if I'm shooting it?

I believe ammo purchases at a range are exempted from a check if the ammo is used then and there, with none taken off the range. I'm also pretty sure there's a similar exemption for parties who are not family to share ammo while shooting, so long as no money exchanges hands and no ammo goes home except with the person who brought it to the shoot.

                              You Sir are correct.
State law authorizes people to sell or share ammunition with their spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, children, and grandchildren without the participation of a licensed vendor.18 It also authorizes people to freely share (but not sell) ammunition in person with friends and shooting partners, unless they have reason to believe that the ammunition would be illegally provided to a criminal or illegal user.19

See how you handled that like a Civil person. I thank you
