Went To Vegas This Weekend...

The wife and I went for a wedding and I managed to sneak away for a bit between family functions. I hit Big 5, Wally World, and a local gun shop. I wasnt looking for a deal, I gave up on that a long time ago, I just wanted to find some ammo. They are in the same boat we are, NO AMMO ANYWHERE. The local shop had a bit but not the .45 I was looking to score for a new pistol I got last weekend. They had some cases stacked up on the floor and although I didnt really need it I was going to grab a case of Golden Sabers in .40 S&W for the heck of it. No cases allowed, two boxes only, bummer.


I did pick up a new Hoppes Boresnake cleaning kit just for the hell of it. It came with a Boresnake pulling tool, anybody ever use one of these? Seems like a lot of trouble when you can just pull it through by hand.

The Citadel gunshop had lots of 223 available. Wolf $450ish/1000rds. They even had .45. $500/1000rds. They had lots of uppers in stock and many LPKs.

Best shop for a deal on a handgun is probably still Bills buy & sell on Fremont.
He always had the best pistol prices when I lived there.
For long guns, Super Wally world in Henderson was hard to beat on price.

for black rifles, look out on sunset, south of the airport? there's a mom and pop that always has deals on ar's, etc.

If you wanna shoot something, theres American Shooters on Arville?
and the infamous full auto rentals at the Gun Store on Trop.

Use to got to crazyhorse then one trip i went it was closed.Then off to the rhino.Definitely a good place lots of good looking women there.

Havent bothered going anywhere else but thanks for the heads up on the cab service.
