    223 head stamps

I have been getting once fired 223 brass with different head stamps. Want to find out what manufacture is as follows:

    m193 BO or D9
    PAC 223REM

Does it matter who manufactures the brass to reload, or is brass brass?

    Thanks

as long as it's boxer. Brass is brass unless it's NATO or match lake city or Lapua.

Even American Eagle (Federal) stamped FC 223 Rem? Everything I've read implies this brass is too thin to reuse safely.

Obvious damage aside, is there another criteria like min case weight that can be used to verify the suitability of an otherwise conforming piece of brass for reloading?
