Nothing against shipping/taking it out of CommiFornia. Make sure to follow all shipping company rules/markings. Night be better to just drive it there. -
New laws are vague. Not written to include language about selling or transferring out of state.
I would think federal laws would apply and that makes it OK

Under the new laws, ammunition must be purchased from, or transferred by, a California ammunition vendor in a face-to-face transaction. Starting today, the law requires California ammunition vendors to submit eligibility checks for prospective purchasers to the CA DOJ, and obtain approval prior to selling or transferring ammunition.
Ammunition vendors are now required to submit the ammunition purchase to CA DOJ.
