Selling Ammunition

I am about to sell some boxes of .40 ammo on the broker (not marking up) and im trying to find out what area across the US are restricted for purchasing ammo. So far I have found out that I need to ship UPS with a ORM-D label and have to get a copy of the buyers ID. Anything else I need to know, I just dont want to have legal issues. Please help...

Put up a disclaimer on the auction that the buy is responsible for knowing there local laws and can't order if they are prohibited. Look at other auctions and see what precautions they take.

There are NO restrictions on ammo shipment to Ventura County! This is pure FUD.
