When you have primers you bought new in the 1960's.
When you reloaded using Alcan powders and still have some left.
When you bought Herters bullets including the "wasp waist" ones.
When you remember lee when it only made the reloading kits you used a hammer with---and the scoop kits for "advanced" loading.

[1]...Ya mean when CCI primers had slotted wooden dividers in the pkg. and flaps on the ends to keep em in.

            [2]...Still have bout 3# of AL-8

[3]...I remember them. But with Sierra just a few miles away.

[4]...Started loading metallic cases with one in 308 Win in 1968. Still have the dipper kit with the slide out powder measure chart as part of the box.

            Handle is "pacrat" cause I R 1.

Is 3 out of 4 good enough for a passing "old fogey grade"?

Meh. I'm old. Dont remember the exact year. Bought it when it first came out.

Couldn't be later than the early 90's.

Same here! Bought it at Bowers Wholesale on Hill St. near downtown LA in the early 80's.

Used to to buy Federal primers for $8 per thousand from a gunstore on Pico in Santa Monica. That was a lot of money for a poor college student.

I bought my 650 at the Pomona gun show. I don't think that's been around for over 20 years.

Back when Kalifornistan was still part of America, that show was top notch.
