Reassembled the Dillon XL 650, and problems...

I took the press apart from scratch (not the RAM but everything else), and dug into a first-ever complete DEEP cleaning recently, and here were my problems...
(I took it apart enough to replace the index return spring, and cleaned, but never this far...)

    1) Case insert slide was jamming/hitting/pressing on the Chute/Bin Mount.

    2) Case Insert Slide seemed wobbly.

    Resolutions:
    1) Took the Chute off and bent it to an angle that this wouldn't happen, and remounted.

    2) Couldn't see why, but saw the case slide insert teetering over a bit.

    Real problem, and solution:
1 & 2) I was using a multi-Allen, Swiss-Army-thing with a bunch of Hex heads and couldn't really get in to the press, and I thought I had the platform in tight, but I did NOT.

Just in the last 2 hours realized the whole platform was teetering, and since I bought some dedicated individual Allen keys, I used those to cinch the platform snug.

I can't believe I missed that, and I was 80/100 rd into a session before I realized it was teetering...

It is looking perfect now, but to make sure, I'll be pressing out like 200 .223 tomorrow(?)... and I already have the filled primer tubes at the ready.

    Don't be me!!!

been running my 650 pretty hard the last few weeks, seemed like it was taking a lot of effort to run, that i really didn't notice as it gradually got worse, while just crimping a small lot of 223 today i noticed it, everything kinda dried up, greased the shafts on the front arms, cleaned the ram and re oiled cleaned and light oil on the case feed parts ext, thing feels amazing now!!! And yes a tight platform is a must!! 650s rock!!

If you removed the shellplate platform and reinstalled it without the proper alignment tool, you probably have the machine out of alignment.
That would explain why your parts are not aligning anymore.
Bending the parts was the WRONG solution.

Call dillon and ask them to send you the alignment tool and instructions for installation of the shellplate platform.

As I have already mentioned the correction solution, here is a video showing how to align w/out the unnecessary tool, in the quoted post...

            Got it.
So you prefer to do it the hoaky way which requires resetting your powder measure than the correct way with the free tool that's more accurate.
From reading your solution, you don't even know what the alignment is if you think it had something to so with the teetering.

              Bits-paleaze...
Some people, like me have multiple dedicated tool heads, w/quick change sets and extra dies so I just used the .223 size/decap tool head, as it only has one die in it. I just used the .38 spl powder die, and powder funnel, as it was disconnected from the powder measure anyways (as I share the quick change between .357 Mag and .38 SPL, and just adjust the charge when swapping over)... I will be loading a new .38 SPL bullet, so .38 SPL die will have to be adjusted anyways...
Pretty-smart, huh. Nothing unnecessary was done, or purchased.

Yet even though the correct tool is free, you are doubling down on doing it the hoaky way...

Pro tip, keep the alignment tool well oiled. They rust pretty quickly.
