Are there any legalities associated with allowing other people to use your reloading press and dies if they purchase their own components?

I hear about other people purchasing a press together. Just wondering.

If they load their own without your help, no problem, if they stick their hand in your reloading press or they trip in your home and hurt themselves then you might have a problem.

Reloading partnerships do not work. Do not try it nor don't share your equipment. Reloading is time consuming so you may not want friends spending hours at your house or you may not like your tools at someone's house for days or weeks. You won't want to impose going to their house for hours either. Just everybody buy their own. Comparable to sharing your car or truck. They have it and you need it or you have it and they want it.
