          Sure go to ffl and pay the fee and buddy gives you the ammo. 500 rounds per 30 days. 500 rounds per year is a bit restrictive Tommy Gun.

                          The law says no - maybe. So many people don't abide by the law. No further details on that wide open comment. Do what you think is the right for you. I'm a reloader and would not give you ammo and would not accept ammo from another reloader I didn't know VERY well.
