Finally got those cast bullets pulled and now I have to figure out the best way to clean the "rare" Freedom Arms brass. Looking down into the case mouth powder has stuck to the lube left in the case after pulling the bullet. Don't really want to deprime if I don't have to. Any suggestions? Thanx , captn-tin

IIRC from other thread. You only have 100 cases you pulled. Since you are going to reseat same bullets. Sit down with a good light, and simply use a small pen knife to gently scrape the neck clean. Should only take a few seconds per unit. Even at 10 sec. per unit. That's just shy of 17 minutes. Finally got those cast bullets pulled and now I have to figure out the best way to clean the "rare" Freedom Arms brass. Doesn't have to be super clean. When recharging case. Use a small funnel that inserts powder past the bit of remaining lube residue in neck.

Hold the brass with case mouths pointing slightly down and clean the necks with alcohol dipped q-tips, resize and load.sigpic
