anyone else having trouble contacting swageit?

I bought a Swageit S750, it came relatively quickly but I haven't been able to try it out because they messed up and sent two large primer pins, I only load small primer brass for now, I've emailed multiple times and the number goes straight to voicemail, no reply's, no remedy.

anyone have an alternate number, non 800?

Thanks, that's nice of you but if I can't get a hold of them to get a small pin mailed i wouldn't be able to return it either, that is if it didn't work. How is it working out for you? are you swaging commercial primers, crimped primers or both?

I couldn't find the part for sale by itself. I ended up sending one more email this afternoon, a little less friendly tone and finally received a reply that one would be in the mail today, I mentioned I could understand the delay with everything that's going on but why not list that on the homepage or in an auto email reply if responding to buyers has become taxing? being unreachable as a business is pretty lame.
