I don't p/u Glock fired brass, or give it to my Glock shooting Buddy. He has a U-die for his .40. Or I toss it in a bucket for recycling.

Freakshow makes a good point. Part of Glocks reliability is due to it's "excessive throat"
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

Whenever I change bullets weights that require a different crimp, I use the barrel as a gage. I place a loaded round into the chamber. If it is crimped and sized right, the round will rest well into the barrel like a factory round, and then I will tighten down the dies lock ring. My 2 cents.
      Blademan21...

Thanks for the advice..I usually do check how my rounds chamber using the barrel as a gage..don't remember it to be a problem at the time (years ago).

I will keep that in mind the next time I try a different type/weight of bullet

      Thanks!

Get a case gauge. Much easier to use & if a round gets stuck, it is easier to remove.
