Mean trick by Dillon Precision

My Dillon 650 frame broke and I had to send the broken frame to Dillon for them to replace it with a new frame. Today I drove an hour away to go shooting and just when I arrived at the range my wife texted me a picture of the box FedEx dropped off. The box was a XL750!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited that they replaced my 650 with the 750 I turned around and drove an hour back home with firing a single round. On my way home I called my friend to have him come over and check out the 750.

Well, when I opened the box it was a 650

There are as many opinions on progressives as there are people reloading. As for me---the primers are the one thing in reloading that bugs me. That said, the rotary priming system on the 650 annoyed me as you are always throwing primers down the chute. So switching to the 750 was a win for me. Just my 2 primers worth. Still a cruel trick they played on you.

Since they no longer sell the XL650 that was probably the only box that it would reasonably fit in.

Why you say that? I really think the priming system is a nice upgrade.

I just setup my NEW 750 today man this thing is nice!

I have plenty of time on a 650 and while its a great press too the 750 is definitely an upgrade IMHO.
I am not running a bullet feeder as thats what my Mark 7 super 1050 is for. This is all my low volume stuff.
