Just talked to Dillon

They pay return shipping ONLY. I had to pay shipping and buy a box.
FYI FedEx now will only except packages to be shipped in NEW boxes. I packed it in an old lamp box and they said it had to be shipped in a new box. I was informed it was a "new" policy

They will replace it ONLY with another 650, If I want a 750 I have to pay full price from them.

Yeah, I have used Dillon's "no BS warranty" many times for small wear parts - no questions asked most of the time - but having to pay shipping for a complete frame failure sounds like the warranty is "BS". Sure, at least you'll be receiving a brand new frame - it's almost obligatory in the reloading industry - but it doesn't sit right with me regarding Dillon's reputation.

So based on this new information, I think Dillon should rename/shorten their “No BS Warranty” to “BS Warranty”.

They probably had to pay the cover models more, so they had to cut money from somewhere else.

A friend told me the no BS warranty expired and that it stood for Before Sons took over.
Short term profit now being looked at differently?

Why does it take three weeks to box up a frame and hand it to ups ?? Or Usps or whoever??..
Are they going to examine the frame by x-ray to determine the cause of the breakage (by the customer ) to deny the replacement??
Are they going to call in a metallurgist to help deny a new frame due to customer abuse of the product??
Ya just giving you blue guys a hard time.. But the No Blue Sauce is sounding a bit weaker ..

I'd like to think that XL750 box was just a mistake. I really hope that it is. But at least OP has a new frame, which is good. Unfortunately, he's out the postage for it, and that couldn't have been inexpensive.
