    5.56 what did i get here

    I was loading some mags with Winchester white box 5.56. in one of the boxes i got this. What is it? the silver tip feels like sintered metal.

                  Thank you! Thats it. Weird tho, guess they were switchiing from M855a1 to FMJ and it got boxed up like that.
