Forget H110.
Probably the IMR4895 or better yet get some 5744 powder.
You can sometimes find reduced loads in the different manuals.
You can also google reduced loads using IMR4895 for data.
You can also use 30-30 data sometimes.

Look up the standard cat sneeze or mouse f*rt loads

10 grains of Unique I believe , you might find different .

Plastic training rounds work great. Or, you can find some light loads in the Lymans cast bullet reloading manual. I found a great powder puff 30-30 load in it. IIRC, it was 6.7 or 6.9 grains of red dot under a 150 grain cast bullet.

while your at it look up Hodgdon sub sonic 168 gr Titegroup loads, very accurate in my 308 Encore 15 7/8 barrel, A lot of perfectly safe other reduced loads to use also, AA5744 H4198 H 4895 data available, I use BlueDot HS-7 and several others
