Progressive reloading press not feeding casings properly

My Dillons XL650 is not feeding casings onto the disc flush, pictured below

I tried adjusting the black rod with an Allen wrench to allow more travel of the feeder, but it stops before I can torque it any more, pictured below

This in turn is causing the casings to be off center with the decapper, pictured below

This in turn is causing the casings to also be off center with the powder feeder, causing powder to spill, as pictured below

Do you have a bearing upgrade kit installed by chance? Mine was causing me issues on alignment. I also put a small bandaid to push my case a tab more in, but yours seem to be way off.

There is not a bearing upgrade kit. Even when I push the casing all the way into the plate, it is still off from the powder loader, pictured below

Are you pushing the handle fully forward ?
Also I tighten the locknut with cases inserted at all stations.

Yes I am. What do you mean you tighten the lockout?

it all starts with station 1. The pin that adjusts up and down has to be adjusted to fully insert the case. put in case and run handle up and down and watch how it works if there is not enough adjustment in the pin could it be bured up where the threads are. Solve this then to powder drop and priming adjust the small arm that holds case fully into the shell holder with a small allen.

or there is a burr in the tool head that will not allow insertion or the wrong tool plate. When I get a hung up i just run handle up and down a little till i fully understand whats going on and then I notice powder jamming it up or wrong pins or ??

I have one of these not installed yet, don’t know if it will help

I’m not sure I understand what you mean about fully inserting the case and buring where the threads are.

Is pictured below the shell holder, and does it look like it needs to be adjusted?

I have switched the dye insert and adjusted the shell plate, I am no longer having any issues with alignment.

If the press is not new, see below.

Wear on the diagonal slide (marked in yellow) can prevent the case from being fully inserted. Call Dillon for replacement under warranty.

Are you certain that it's clean, no debris under the stop causing it to short cycle?
