Usps doesn't take any hazardous materials. They have to go hazmat ups or Fedex.

It may be a "federal" offense to ship those via USPS...

Primers have to go with carriers who accept HAZMAT stuff, and you would need to pay for the HAZMAT fee (i think it is an additional of $22.5)... then there are paperwork that you would need to fill out correctly...

I don't know if Joe Public can even ship HAZMAT without going through a lot of paperwork and licensing. I think most people that do sell primers and aren't HAZMAT papered either have a 3rd party who is HAZMAT papered do the shipping for them, or send it out without the HAZMAT paperwork, which can really bit them if they are caught. Mega fines involved, and possible jail time.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Since it is ORM-D civilians like us can ship them.

I shipped ammo last and it was fine. I just thought these might be different.

ammo (and primed cases) is ORM-D, but primers/powder have extra regulations (the HAZMAT stuff) that doesn't allow for just anybody to ship.

If they have the proper licensing to do so.
I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

As I've gotten older I thought I was gaining patience, then I realized I simply don't give a crap.

I'm pretty sure you CAN NOT ship hazmat with UPS unless you are properly trained. It's all on there website. Not sure about fed ex.
