Is it legal to sell primers?

I ordered primers and they sent the wrong ones. I ordered Shotgun primers and they sent me 5,000 small pistol primers. Is it legal for me to sell them?

I can send them back, but I want to just order some shotgun primers now as opposed to waiting a week before they acknowledge they received the pistol primers and ship me new shotgun primers.

You could order the replacements head of getting the credit for the error. Prolly have to eat the hazmat though.
