The 365 ammo is just a gimmick, it's the same ammo as their V-Crown. Sig FMJ is super high quality and when I was at BassPro, only the Tula junk ammo was cheaper. Super good value in my book, and the V-Crown does well in gel testing.

I would buy the Sig FMJ for target, and Federal HST for CCW.

Is that just your opinion, or do you have anything to back that up?

Pretty expensive premium ammo. I'm sure it's high quality, but I wouldn't purchase it for plinking ammo. Why spend $5 more than comparable brands per box of 50 rounds of 9mm for plinking ammo?

For defense rounds I might pay the premium price if there weren't any Federal HST available, otherwise it's a hard pass from me for plinking/target ammo.

Sig Website says: same brass, same powder, same velocity, and made on same machines. Looked like they are trying to do a marketing bundle to me.

Sig has had ammo for a long time. Its most likely the same stuff as everything else. 115 grain to me is a waste of money, I like the 124 grain. 124 grain seems to make oranges explode a little better. The Springfield XDS is the same size I think and I can run everything through that, so the p365 should as well.

To answer your question, yes Sig V-Crown ammo is good.

              Not so fast.

Send a couple hundred of those Sig 9mms to my Nevada ammo testing facility and I'll be glad to let you know if it's any good or not.

I carry Sig's 124 hollow points in my edc. Their rifle ammo is slow as hell and junk

Sig has only been producing ammo since 2017.

According to their advertising the 365 ammo is tailored/optimized to short barreled pistols. I had a chance to try it in a 365 & G43 along with CCI and it did appear to work slightly better

I think 2015. Sig made a big deal out of how their ammo performed in 2016.
