WALMART ammo price 2010 vs 2019

I was watching an old Youtube video from back in May 2010 and compared the price of a WWB 100 rd value pack in 2010 to what they were selling for in 2019

back in 2010 a WWB 100 rd value pack on 9mm was $23.97 and that was considered a fair price back then, other stores were even higher priced

since WALMART is getting out of the ammo business, I wonder how long until other ammo sellers / gun shops raise the prices?

Why’d you black out the location?

Not all Walmart’s priced their ammo the same (North/South).

Why are you still buying ammo?? You can make your own. Been reloading 9mm for 30 years

          I currently reload 9mm 124gr plated fp at about 0.13/Rd, or $13/100...
So about >50+% off retail bulk.

Black Friday deals can be good, even if a couple years ago... And haven't needed to buy 9mm since I started, although I did buy some to try out when I got my 9mm Ruger PC carbine, w/no additional check fees, on pickup... And some JHPs before this last 7/2019.

Even plated shoots about the same for me.

During the 22lr shortage a Bucket O'Bullets at Walmart was like $74.

During my stocking before 7/2019 they went down to $62-$64/bucket, which they are at... today.

I recall getting one of these 1600rd boxes @Walmart for like ~$75 (before tax) as the 22lr shortage was winding up, and down, but not in the beginning.
I still have over half of it, as this is my overly-reliable stash/stuff I don't really shoot, and keep some in my MKIII at home.
