Looking to start a flame-war... Ram lube?

So what do you lube your ram, and it's contact points with?

3 In 1, 30wt SAE, sewing machine oil, gun oil, pretty much anything will do.

Rem-Oil, because it's right at my fingertips and works.
I thought Ram Lube was some kind of adult love product.

I keep a quart on the work bench.
        Use it for everything.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.

I've been using white lithium grease
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

I dont use anything. But if I did it would be something that was powder/primer friendly.

If you're contaminating powder or primer with lube on the ram, you're doing something wrong...

Leave it bone dry, I heard that works best (in prison).

Penn Muscle Grease, just because I still have some, I tried clear Teflon greases before some work great some not so, Trick to not getting gritty dirt on the greased ram decap on another junky press you don't care about

I have had my single stage presses since the 1960's. I think I have lubed them 2-3 times. 1st I use brake clean spray to remove any crud then I have used tri-flow or something like that on them.
My Dillon 650 has grease fittings and I have used automotive chassis grease I have in my grease gun for my cars and such.

any lubricant that is powder primer friendly is not a lubricant. and like the other chap said if your lube on the ram is contaminating powder and primer you are most certainly doing something wrong.
