I went with the Inline Fabrication roller handle on a T-7. While the stock handle on a T-7 is pretty comfortable, the roller is a huge improvement. I think it's not so much the roller itself, but the way the arm is constructed, that gives you a nice linear motion, and with sizing in particular, puts things in a good body position for the hard part of the press stroke.

The roller handle makes sense for a progressive press with auto-indexing and a case feeder. One hand can stay on the handle while the other hand feeds bullets.

My Dillon 650 and 1050 presses have roller handles, while my 550 and single stage presses have ball handles.

Use roller handles on my Dillon 550s, & 650.

The roller handle with the forward bend makes my 650 have issues with indexing the primer feeder. That's because the weight of the handle with the bend pushes it forward and misaligns the shell plate to the primer.

It is ergonomic, but I feel it slows me down. This is the primary cause of primer issues in my process. I suggest getting the Dillon unit.

I've been really happy with my Ergo handles from Inline Fabrications...it really saves my lower back and shoulders.

I like it so much that I have one on all three of the presses on my bench...Hornady LNL AP, Dillon 750, and Lee Classic Cast

Here's what I came up with to add the roller handle to the stock arm. Not my best work but functional. It's perfect, my press is high enough that at full cam over my arm just straightens out and there's no stooping. I really do like the roller handle.
