What are you loading for. I have several sets of x39 dies and never stuck a bullet.i load 123gr .310 bullets though. That 150 maybe to fat for that seating die.

Yours is an older model with .308 bore?

So the bullet is sticking on the seating stem?

You are using a .308 expander correct.

And when you seat the 308 bullet it gets stuck in the seating stem and the case neck
                Both?

Or when you try to seat and then raise the press the bullet is still in the die.

Yes I used 308 expander ball bullet does not fall in the brass when I put a bullet and pull on the lever of the redding t7 the case stays in place and the bullet gets stuck in the rcbs die

You can call rcbs and tell them your issue and for around $20 they will send you the correct stem.
