Reloading 223/5.56mm Question

I thought the Wilde modification is only around the throat and wouldn't affect the case.

I also use a standard Lee FL and fire through 5.56 NATO and Wylde chamber rifles and never had an issue.

If you need small base the dies something is slightly out of spec somewhere.

I had an issue that when I replaced my tired RRA NM A2 barrel with a Keystone Accuracy barrel. The once-fired brass required an SB die to chamber the last 1/2" of re-sized brass. Either the RRA Wylde chamber was "generous" or the Keystone Wylde was "narrow". Regardless, a standard FL die works now.
