Difficult extraction but no change to load

I've been using the same load on my Savage Axis 30/06 for a while now. I'm using 56gr of H4350 with Barnes 165gr TSX in Lapua brass. The only thing that's different is that the brass is now on it's 3rd or 4th go. I've been using neck resizing die.

For whatever reason, on a lot (but not all) of my last round of reloads, I was having issues with extraction. It didn't feel difficult going in, nor does it feel difficult raising the bolt handle, but actually pulling it back is a pain. It helps if I pull the bolt hand up real hard (sometimes repeatedly) and it'll extract. I don't think it's over pressure because it's the same load I've been using and I haven't had problems before. Also, it's not on the high end of recommended load, nor do I see any other signs of pressure.

    Any thoughts?

Brass getting work hardened , loss of "spring back" . Anneal them bad boys , or get new brass .
Bweise says "I have to say the situation was not at all helped by 22 yr old former Airsoft douches who kept touting here, "But possession is not illegal!" "

Fighting on the internet is like being in the special Olympics , everybody wins but your still retarded.

FL size every time to have a reliable firearm. Bump the shoulder .002” to extend case life. Neck sizing is for benchrest rifles, not Savages.

Thanks for the input. I just went back and looked at Barnes reload data. I think when I first looked it up, H4350 wasn't on there and I was told by Barnes to use data for a bullet of the same weight. Glad to know it's higher than I thought. I may go back and re-test some cooler loads.

What is it about FL sizing that will solve this problem?

It reduces the case dimensions so it will chamber. Case extraction depends on brass spring back. Every time you fire a case without first sizing it, the case springs back less. Eventually the case sticks, and you have to pound it out. On top of that you are grinding the bolt lugs against the lug recess with the case head providing backward pressure. Not real smart.

It's time to full length size your brass.
It's typical to need to full length size every 3rd firing.
You can neck size for the two loadings in between the full length sizings.

Thank you! I got a Lee FL sizer and this totally solved the problem with seemingly no effect on accuracy.
