Gold Dot Short Barrel Reviews???

Anybody know how the new Gold Dot Short Barrel ammo stacks up against the "regular" Gold Dot ammo? My local range got in some .45 230Gr short barrle ammo and I was wondering how it would perform versus the regular stuff. Is it a reduced velocity/power ammo or is it higher velocity? How would it perform out of a full size 1911? The hollow point cavity is different. It is wider and the bottom of it is damn near a floor that you can dance on, lol. Sorry, dont have pics since I dont have a camera. I have looked but cant find any test or review data on it. I wonder if it passes the FBI's tests.

Seen that, still cruising the net for reviews through a full size 1911 and FBI spec tests on the ammo. For now I'm gonna stick with stuff that has been tested and proven.
