    7.62 x 39 and Cavity Back bullets

Finally got to the range to see how the above combination worked.
    Gun: CZ527 at 100 yds
    Powder: CFE BLK
Bullet: Cavity Back 125gr copper .310 dia
Powder charge: 27 to 30gr in .5 gr steps.

27 gr of powder proved the most accurate at about 1.5" spread for 5 shots
29.5 gr resulted in a brass hard to eject after firing - all rounds 29.5 to 30 were not fired and pulled down.

Will return with 25 to 27 loads along with a chrono to find out how fast they are going.

Overall pretty happy - no groups were larger than 3".

Still - the damn gun prefers Silver Bear SP 125 gr - groups touch at 100 yds. Just can't hunt with them.

Will run these thru the Mini30 also to see how they do.
