1- Ammo made in 1990
2- used Ammo that was stored in unknown conditions? Hot and cold temp for 30 years
3- a partial box

You can try selling it for $1/ round

Then meet a buyer at a local gun shop who will charge $10 to process the transfer

Buyer gets to back the Ammo buying background check $1- or $19

Look on gunbroker. I sold a couple old boxes for something like a buck and a half a round for 45 and 9mm a couple years ago. some people wanted them and were willing to pay that plus shipping cost.
