I don't how I ended up with such a variety of different brand/design handles for my case prep tools but I found that one design works best for me. The threads/shafts are universal so changing heads is easy to swap to the one I like. Some require too much wrist motion, so I like the knurled aluminum handle that just uses a finger twist motion. The weight, texture and diameter of the aluminum handle is the winner for me. When you're prepping a lot of cases a small ergo advantage makes a difference. I looked into those motor driven case prep devices but did not like the reviews about them. Unless I get arthritis I'm sticking with the hand prep tools.
