    WalMart re-sellers?

I am offering, as an example, 40 cents a round for 223 to the obvious ww re-sellers. (cost is about 43 cents).

If everyone that is buying from these guys would do the same, do you think the next time I went into my non- rationing ww there would be ammo?

    Thanks, Karl

This is not a communist state where you are part of the Politburo and therefore part of the special class that gets special treatment.

This is America, land of the free, and where sniveling about ammo prices will not get your way as that only worked with mommy.

Some enterprising folks are making some money by buying and selling ammo from uncle Wally, then great. That is capitalism at work. Good chance they have lost their job and are trying to make a buck anyway they can while those that complain about this have a job and plenty to eat.

Though I wish I could buy ammo prices at pre Clinton prices, even would settle for pre Obama prices. The reality is this is a free country where everyone is free to do what they want including complaining about ammo prices.

You are lucky you even have a China-Mart near you that sells ammo as all the ones around me caved in to the liberal elitist and agreed not to have such evil stuff in the store.

We all should have tried harder to stop Obama getting elected instead of spending all our energy complaining.

Apparently sniveliing about ammo prices is anti-American but sniveling about the election is pro-America.

        It's all Obama's fault. He's an arab!

Screw the environment! The sooner we trash this place the sooner we will have the political will to explore space and conquer the known universe, spreading like locust we will plunder, crush new enemies, take their women and if we are lucky, we shall meet our fate on the battlefield.

Personally, I think everyone has a bit of a right to ***** about prices. There's a difference between entreprising souls making a buck, and fear-mongering opportunists that are making all the anti-gun propaganda look like truth to some people. How about everyone stop, take a breath and think before they buy their 20,000th round of .45 ACP, hmm?

I have to hold my nose every time I walk into Cabela's for ammo for the same reason. Just about every time I go in there, I hear some idiot behind the counter telling some sorry SOB who doesn't know any better "oh - if you're interested in that, you better get it now. They're flying off the shelves, just got banned the other day..." trying to make a sale. If you show any knowledge about guns and/or laws - they don't try to pull that. Not all of 'em do it - but enough do that it's noticeable.
It's to the point where I go in there to comparison shop because they have such a big selection. I'll find what I want there where I can compare side by side - and drive around to other places looking for it - even if it costs more.
If there was another place that had ammo - I wouldn't even go there for that. People there make me sick.
Honestly - if i didn't know any better - i'd say they have a stash of handgun ammo in the back somewhere and are only trickling it out to fuel the feeding frenzy. They supposedly don't get ammo very often, but every time i go in there there's a different set of leftovers on the shelf...

sorry - got off topic a bit - but I had to get that off my chest.

Heh, I feel your pain. In a time where pro-gun folks need to stick together, it sickens me to see us prey upon ourselves.

all im trying to do is get enough rounds to target shoot, but every single time I go to wally's all they have is 12 Gauge, Guy at my local walmart says the same guys buys all of it everyday.. He just camps and knows when they are going to stock the cabinet..

The one in Rancho said the same thing, that they stock the cabinet after 10pm when nobody can buy it and at 6am the same guy shows up everyday and buys everything up.

hell all I wanted was like 200 rounds just to plink with lol.. oh and the Fullerton Wallys had alot of .40 last time I was there, seems the campers dont like .40 not enough demand.

and if you go on gunbroker - you'll probably be able to find the guy buying it all. It's ridiculous the prices people are getting for ammo up there.

I can't believe what people are selling ammo for. I also can't believe how stupid people were for not stocking up way before the election when prices were reasonable.

OMG yet another Walmart ammo thread that includes pricing and hoarding comments - what a shock, I guess we cannot not get our fill in the other 40 threads
