    Dillon case feeder issue

When I am running .380 and 9mm on my 1050, the brass occasionally gets stuck at the mouth of the tube. It then keeps going while the brass overflows the top. .380 somehow on occasion flips and goes in upside down. When it comes out the bottom, it either gets stuck or springs out at what seems like light speed.

Has anyone had these problems and found a solution?

For the 380 coming in awry, have you changed the case feeder adapter parts when you do a caliber conversion.

For the cases not going into the tube right, I’ve had to tape the feeder tube to the case feeder adapter to keep it from creeping up causing case jams.

    Hope that helps.

the little metal arm is not turning it off when its full? Or at the top funnel if thats the case it will probably need some polishing/ deburring. Mine new did that but cleaned up with some light sanding
as for the 380 with 9mm you gotta sort the brass better.

There is adapter for the top of the funnel? I have the adapter at the base of the feeder tube. And what I meant to say, this jam up top happens in both .380 and 9mm. Not that I have issues sorting the brass. That is not a problem, I bought some screens that do that accurately for me.
