Regarding trusting someone else's recipes, Unless I know them really really well, I never use them. Seen too many accidents and damaged guns to rely on someone else's loads.

Not forums, but, powder and some bullet makers have load data. Hornady, Speer, Nosler, Ramshot, Alliant, Hodgdon are some.

You must have misspelled that website because that url takes you to some site parking service that I closed out of before it finished loading.

I agree - would add hodgdon .
Astor recipes I start add minimun and very slowly go up . You are the only one who knows your gun .
Tight barrel - lots of copper / lead build up .
Loose barrel - lots of black out / black smoky stuff .
A guys load in Arizona is going to be different than one in Alaska or New York . How old is the recipes
powder - does not matter much if you are punching paper but almost anything else - it matters .
You get into reloading and you will change from a pound of powder to 8 lbs , but only if you can use it
up quick .
I / we buy by the pound and always check a few test loads on a new bottle . A pound will last from 1
to 3 months for us .

And yes, I'm being a jerk about this because working in IT, you wouldn't believe the amount of times someone walks over with an "internet" problem but the problem was really between the chair and the keyboard.
