    Bullet Deals

The Bullet Guy has a "super savings deal" on some Speer bullets. He's always had good prices on Speer bullets, but there are some specific ones that he has even better prices on (ie: 150gr 7mm 1000ct for $75).

Also, there is a member of The Sniper's Hide forum setting up a Hornady bullet group buy. Check out the current thread. There is supposed to be an official post/thread started later today with ordering information and finalized prices. This looks to be a very good deal for anyone looking for quality match grade bullets.

I've bought from the bullet guy many times (before he even had his own website and was selling on ebay only). good pricing, for what I can find.

    I Recommend.

I just got a bunch of Nosler factory seconds from Shooter's Pro Shop. They've got cosmetic marks like fingerprints on them, but I don't figure it'll matter for my purposes. A couple in each bag of 100 might be heavily stained, but even if I throw those out it's still a great deal. At $12 per 100, they're less than half the cost of the Sierras I've been shooting.

I just checked nosler.com and they have the 1000ct of 22cal 77gr Competition bullets back in stock for $99.95. I just bought two boxes of those. Factory 1sts. Not blems. Great deal.

That's a smokin' deal. I noticed that they have the .30 cal 168s listed at the same price, but of course there aren't any in stock.

Just ordered a bunch of 150 grain Speer spitzer BT for $95/1000 (include shipping) from the bullet guy. Pretty good deal.

Also bought a bunch RCBS reload equipment from the craigslist. Now I just need the die sets, powder, and primer. And I'm good to go.

If you can wait, get your powder and primers from the Costa Mesa gun show on Thanksgiving Day weekend.

Got my 2000 Nosler 77gr competition bullets. I have plenty of time this weekend to make test loads and compare them to my 77gr Sierra Match King load for AR service rifle.

The bullet guy's prices are amazing, so what's the catch? Does this stuff not come in a box or what?

When I bought 1000 of the 30cal 150gr Speer soft points, they came in two (2) 500 ct bulk boxes.

Any one try the Bullet Guy's 62grn 223 bullets? Looking for 4 to 5 thousand, not to excited on the pulled stuff unless it has been resized.

What 62gr bullets are you referring to? I don't see any 'pulled' bullets on The Bullet Guy's site. The only 62s I see are the Golden West bullets and those are good product. I've never used the Golden West 62s, but I have used their 55s (as well as their 147gr 9mm), and I have friends that use their .22cal 62s and .30cal 168s and .311 150gr.

If you don't know Golden West, they're in El Monte and you can call them for a direct purchase and pick-up.

Golden West manufacturers brand new FMJ bullets and brass.
