Yeah appears that way... ordered from a vendor showing the old blue box and what showed up was the fancy new box.

Also the boxes are a bit thicker than your normal 20 round box since they have those little plastic holders inside, which I think is a bit annoying as you can't fit quite as many in a Fat 50 ammo can now.

Oh well, first world problems....
