    .38+p

    i have some .38+p rounds and if you shake them a little you can here the powder moving inside of them. i checked with some other .38 ammo i have and you could here the powder but not as bad as in the +p

    is this ammo no good anymore or is this regular?

    Different powders will have different fill ratios.
    The amount of powder movement within the loaded case is not any kind of reliable sign of a cartridge being good or bad.
    Go shoot them.
    If they go bang, bullets come out of the barrel and hit what they are aimed at, they are still good.
    If they fail the "bang" test, they are probably no good anymore.

      haha ok thanks for the info. i wasnt sure cause ive never heard the powder rattle in a case before, but then again ive never listened for it. ill gladly shoot them!

      do you think +p is safe to shoot in a little model 36 s&w?

        As long as it's not an airweight and it's in good condition, you should be fine.
