I'm a newbie to the group. Just purchased my first RC K98 (Dou 44). I live in Oakland and need to find a good source for milsurp 8mm. Has anyone from Oakland bought ammo online and then had it shipped to friends in other cities/towns where there are no restrictions? Is it legit? Thanks i advance.

I did not know Oakland had restrictions on ammo being shipped there.

Oakland Restrictions

Yeah, It is a city ordinance like L.A.'s. J and C, Cabela's, Sportsman's Guide, etc. all have disclaimers that they will not ship to Oakland.
