is there really a difference between 223 Rem and 5.56 NATO?

found this article on Western Powders site. I knew that there were some very small differences between the commercial 223 Rem round and the NATO spec 5.56x45 round, but this is the best comparison i have found to date. thought some others here might find it informative.
