Youtuber gavintoobe uses CFE223 with 80.5 gr Bergers to get .3 moa groups. Do you really need varmint bullets for prairie dogs? Or you just like to see them explode? Nosler makes a 60 gr varmint bullet that comes in Federal ammo, so it probably holds together, at least until it contacts critter.

I will likely get flyers with that fast of a twist. Varmint bullet jackets arent as consistent as match bullets and over spinning them can cause erratic groups. Some combos arent as affected but some are.

I want them to explode. Used 75gr HP last year and a lot made it back to the hole. Would prefer to stop them in their tracks.
