Have yellow box of .22 Projectiles with .224 & 55 gr. on the box also is that different than the ones for AR (.223) ?

.224" is the correct diameter for .223 Remington barrels.

a .224" is the diameter of the bullet, the .223 is the diameter for the barrel. In order for a bullet to be true and streight, they need that extra tight squeeze so gas doesnt pass the bullet while being pushed through the barrel.
