What do you use to mark your brass? I want to mark brass without contaminating it. I've seen what acidic cardboard can do to brass and want to avoid that.

all over the primer and everything seems to be fine with sharpie, anyone notice any problems doing this?Comment

Nope. Sharpie ink on the outside of the cartridge isn't going to do anything except add some color."Ecuador offers the United States $23 million a year in economic aid, an amount similar to what we were receiving under the tariff benefits, with the purpose of providing human rights training that will contribute to avoid violations of people's privacy, that degrade humanity," --Fernando AlvaradoComment

Sharpie also comes off in the cleaning process. So you can change colors!
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...
I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

the only drawback is that, some of the ink might smear off onto your bolt face or chamber walls, depending on where you mark the round. My AR has a slightly red bolt face & firing pin.
nothing some CLP or Hoope's w/ a brush can't take care of.
