RCBS 09349 Burring tool to remove crimp

I have an old RCBS 09349 Burring tool. Can I use this tool to remove the crimp in primer pocket?

Yep.....slow but it gets the job done.

Do I just make one complete turn of tool in primer hole? In other words how brass needs to be removed?

I will probably get a Dillon swage tool but in the meantime I'd like to do a little reloading with my used brass, 95% or more of which is military.

Dillon is too rich for my blood.

RCBS swager >$30 will do both .223 and .308

The RCBS swager die says it is not for use in a progressive reloader, so that will not work for me.
