    Dillon Precision: No B.S. Warranty

Dillon customer service can best be described as excellent, top notch. Their no B.S. Warranty is exactly what they say it is.

It is nice to know when you spend a lot of money on something that you are taken care of more than ten years down the road. A+ for the blue koolaid on this one. Hey enjoy retirement and have fun cranking out ammo.......

I dunno, I've never been much for guns. I mean, sure, we have the usual gun by the door, another near the TV, one in the kitchen, and another in the bedroom...and several others laying around. For the most part though, we keep our home free of guns. We are peace loving folks.

Similar recent experience with my 550B. Broke the primer follower rod in half, I know not how. Then I started having trouble with a substitute cotter pin I used on the primer gate, bending and sticking the gate open, letting decapped primers fall whereever. I put up with that stuff for a little while then recently I got tired enough of the yellowed dirty permanently stained powder tube and dug out my old manual / parts list to phone in an order. I was fully prepared to pay for these parts, didn't consider any of them to be defects.
When I was done describing what I needed I asked 'how much?' and was told 'no charge, No BS'. Sure enough a few days later and there's my tube of new parts on the porch. Shiny new crystal-clear blue-tinted powder tube I love you so.
Not bad for a 15yr+ old press.

i had my 550 for a couple of days and i noticed the side had been chipped, purely cosmetic and i called and i believe the owner Mike answered and squared me away. all i had to pay was shipping one way and had my new press in a week. some may say their presses are expensive but i consider it cheap when you factor in their costumer service. +10000 for Dillon!

I have been on the phone with them 3 times in the last week. They have sent me a primer cam assembly, a replacement powder measure and lastly a new primer feed system. Look at the pictures and figure out why.

Yes it did and lit up all the primers in the tube. The top 6 or so are embedded in the garage door that was open and directly overhead. The metal tube did its job and shielded me from great harm. I always wear safety glasses, didnt need them this round but proves a point that ya never know.

It was pretty loud, I had to scrub my hand pretty hard to remove the powder residue.

Dillon said the parts will be here tomorrow, free of charge. I will not ever buy anyone else s product.

We've been selling Dillon Precision reloading supplies for over 10 years, and just as you mentioned, their customer service and warranty are top notch. They easily have one of the best warranties for their products around. They are probably one of the priciest reloading setups around, but if anything goes wrong, no B.S., they take care of you.

It's great to know Dillon really stands behind their product.

Bet you are going to be a little more cautious for a while when you push back on the handle to seat your primers too.

Glad to see you're OK. It gives me more confidence in my 650 rig.
