I,ts either this or what else?

I dunno, I've never been much for guns. I mean, sure, we have the usual gun by the door, another near the TV, one in the kitchen, and another in the bedroom...and several others laying around. For the most part though, we keep our home free of guns. We are peace loving folks.

Wow, for $300+ it appears that this is a hand cranked device. A lot of cash for this device if it has no A/C power. The Hornady site lists it as "coming soon" with a suggested list of $431.

I would just spend around $100 and get the powered RCBS Trim Mate. I love mine!

The device is called the "power case prep center"

I'm not sure why there is a crank handle on top.

pretty sure the handle on top is to lower the case onto the cutter to trim to length and/or uniform the inside neck diameter.

No, that's the small lever right above the case.

Someone (other than me) buy one, so we can get an answer to this question.

                Not many details

You could get a Gracey or Giraud trimmer for less. It isn't intuitively obvious what problem this elegent solution resolves....

ok it is electric, the motor is in the bottom, the handle i guess sets the height and i think the lever is once the hieght is set, maybe some sort of spring loaded thingy to remove and reload a case @ same height. per bob @ hornady due in July
